I'm trying to transition DD from the toddler/baby toothpaste to a flouride one, but she keeps rejecting them and saying they are "too spicy". They do all have a pretty strong flavor. What do you use for you preschooler? Do you think its bad if she keeps using the toddler/baby toothpaste w/o flouride?
Re: what brand of toothpaste?
I buy the Oral-B stages in one of the "older" stages, I can't remember what the ages are. Maybe 5-7? It has flouride, but still comes in the kiddie flavors so DS is fine with it. And he likes the fact that he gets to spit it out.
He definitely would not go for any of the regular adult toothpastes. We accidentally forgot to take his toothpaste when we went away for a few days and he totally freaked when I tried to have him use ours.
