you mentioned you would like to see a 365 project, this one is not kid-related but my DH did it from April 2010 for a year. If you are interested, it's here:
I'm butting in - what is a 365 project? I recently became FB friends with a long lost cousin, who seems to be doing something to that effect - is it taking photos every day for a year? Or finding photos? I think she's posting photos that she's actually taken, i can't tell.
Wife, Musician, Fed, WW-er, and Mom of three little kids - not necessarily in that order.
Sofka, those pictures are amazingly beautiful. your husband is a very talented photographer. I love the variety of subjects and the focus and clarity are just amazing. I see why you have the material to make such extensive year books for the LOs.
Artslvr, a 365 project can be anything. You just commit to every day for a year to doing something and then either sharing it online or putting it in some format for your enjoyment. Some folks do pictures they take like Sofka's DH, some do a new recipe (like 365crockpot), some do 15 minutes of home organization - it can be anything.

yes, you take one photo a day for a year. DH took lots of photos each day and then picked one to post on FB and picasa. It was very time-consuming.
