Visiting Jammin Java for a concert while pregnant

So during my 1st trimester I had attended a couple of music concerts, which I found out to be fine and not of any major concern. Especially since baby's ears hadn't formed yet.  I have an opportunity to go to Jammin Java for a in house-concert next month and I will be 34 weeks along.  I have never been to Jammin Java so I have no idea how loud it would be or if there is any reason for concern.  I know its a coffeehouse so how loud can it be? Just looking for some advice and for people to encourage me one way or the other! Thanks!

  • Your baby will be fine!  Go, have fun!

  • I just went to a concert on Friday night at the Birchmere and it was pretty loud...I'm at 32 weeks. The baby is pretty well insulated in there, he/she will probably enjoy the vibrations from the music :-)

Also, I take my son to the kid's concerts at Jammin Java all the time...granted, those probably aren't as loud as the regular concerts, but it's a good venue for a pregnant lady. Lots of seats, laid back atmosphere :-)
