Spotting

Had my OB visit Tuesday where she did my first internal.  I was 3 cm dialated and 30% effaced.  However, I have no idea what contractions feel like or if I'm even having them....

Early this morning I started spotting and have continued to do so all day. Not sure what to do... any suggestions or clue as to what could be happening?

it could be from the internal. My doc said I'd likely spot and even sent me home with some panty liners.

I'm a FTM so I'm not sure what real contractions feel like yet, but I've been having a lot of BH and they just feel like a sudden tightening over my whole belly.

spotting after an internal is normal but 3 days seems a little later than iw ould expect it to start....if it were me I would call

I spotted yesterday after my internal. So could be from that...

It could be your "bloody show." My doctor did an internal on me a couple of days ago and he told me that I had a slight bloody show. Ever since, I've been spotting on/off so I've taken to wearing pantiliners. If you're still concerned, you should definitely give your OB a call so that they can ease your mind.
