I don't do well with regular yoga, I'm tall and it's awkward. Is prenatal yoga similar? Did you find it helpful? I'm walking 3 times a week on the treadmill.
ive been doing it almost every morning for 1/2 hour and i LOVE it. i use a DVD that i really like. i get up at 6:30-6:45 while the sun is rising and my son is still sleeping, it's so nice. it has made a huge difference in my phyiscal an mental well being, and it did with my first pregnancy as well. i highl recommend it. some poses are similar but some are modified for pregnancy. you will just have to try some and see. edited to add, im 25 weeks and still going strong with it. (well, up until a couple days ago when i had an incident which will hopefully be resolved soon)
I did it every week at a local place until last week when I got put on bed rest. I loved the class, but what I am most happy about is the group of women I made friends with. It's been so awesome to hang out with other pregnant chicks feeling the same aches and pains. We all became FB friends and chat every day. One just had a baby and another is due this week. It's a bond like nothing I have ever experienced and I am so grateful for it.
