swelling question

My feet have been extremely swollen throughout most of this pregnancy especially after a busy day. I had an extremely busy day today and my feet are not swollen at all. This seems like a silly question but should I be concerned the swelling is gone?

Maybe you ate less salty stuff or moved/shifted positions more or something?
