Sooooo....I sort of feel like I owe my OB a huge apology for totally ripping on her lack of response on my health issues.  I was the one that had the ambulance ride to the ER last Friday with severe throwing up, etc.  My blood pressure was super high in the hospital (145/94).

As I found out this afternoon, her head nurse left this week and stuck the message about my visit to the ER on Friday in a file cabinet, and did not give it to my doctor whatsoever.  I left another message with the office late yesterday and got a call back right away this morning asking me to come in for a follow up.  Doctor said she was very upset with that nurse and how it was handled.

Turns out my blood pressure has not returned to normal and is hovering in the upper 130's to lower 140's even after sitting for a long time.  I'm on modified bed rest until Friday.  Pretty much means I can go to work but have to keep my feet up, no stairs, no standing for more than a minute, etc.  I get my blood pressure checked tomorrow at noon and Friday at noon.  If it doesn't go down, then I'm on perm bed rest until 37 weeks in which they will try to induce and/or have a c-section depending on my stats at that point (so two weeks!). 

So at the very most...two weeks of bed rest could be in my future...but this little guy is sooooo going to be worth every ounce of pain.  :-)
