Ugh
I was trying to find a picture of my haircut from over the summer to show my coworker and found a picture when I was down to a size 4. Since that picture, I managed to gain 35lbs (10 of which I have re-lost) but seeing myself that little and realizing how far I let myself go was really kind of disheartening. I know that I had a lot going on the 2nd half of 2011 but I just feel like it's a crappy excuse. I'm proud that I was able to lose 10lbs in December AND quit smoking at the same time, but damn, I just want my cute little figure back that I worked so hard to get

Now I want to see the pic of you in the black dress.
I'm feeling your pain. I'm back on the exercise and eating properly bandwagon. 2011 was a bit much for me too...New baby, Dad dying 2 months after baby was born, and teaching a new course.
I've got 10-15 lbs. to go. I had a breakdown two weeks ago crying to my husband that none of my clothes fit and I don't feel pretty. It was pathetic...he took me to Old Navy to buy a few things. I refused to purchase lots of bigger clothes and had avoided it until then. I had gotten to the point where I had a pretty good wardrobe (size 4/6) when I became pregnant (by accident).
Hang in there!
