If you like Iris because it is a flower name.....I LOVE Azalea. I don't think it's crazy weird, but it's def not popular or trendy at all. It would be more unique without being too different.

I love the name Iris...like you my husband vetoed it.

DDs names are Wren and Isla.

Other options that we had were: Willa, Elle, Willow, and Hazel.
