My breasts hate me

After dealing with a supply issue caused by my birth control pills for the last week, my supply had finally started returning to normal. Now, I have a crazy clogged duct or several clogged ducts on one side. I have massaged, stood in a scalding hot shower, pumped between feedings, and am now sitting here with a hot washcloth on my breast. I plan on offering this side to LO at his next feeding and am hoping he can help his Mama out! Oh, and I have a cold. Done whining.
