I am so sick of my lunch. The thought of it makes me want to throw up because I have been eating it almost everyday.
I make a big salad with boxed 50/50 spring mix/spinach, bean sprouts, alphafa sprouts, baby carrots, avocado, cucumber, and chicken with olive oil/apple cider vinegar for dressing.
I have snacks throughout the day, but I basically feel like I eat the same salad and snacks every day.
I need some new healthy, EASY, idea lunch ideas that I can bring to work with me.
What do you guys got?

here is what I ate today if you want some ideas ( Im vegan but you can substitute for dairy/meat if you want)
breakfast: everything bagel with herbs and chives tofutti cream cheese
snack: blueberry flavored yogurt made from coconut milk and a big orange.
for lunch and probably dinner I am having veggie chilli on mixed greens... I also have an apple and some tortillas to snack on
I also drink lots of water with a tiny bit of cranberry juice added
if you like chicken maybe try some chicken noodle soup or make a wrap with grilled chicken, pesto or hummus, mozz cheese and some veggies? I have also heard that sprouts are on the list of food to avoid
Chicken Wraps (Italian dressing marinated chicken breasts, spinach, tomato, onion, high fiber tortilla)
Almond Butter and Jelly sandwich (PB is an aversion)
Egg Salad on crackers (hard boiled eggs, pickles, celery, little mayo, lots of mustard and pepper)
Ground Turkey in Cottage Cheese w/ salsa
Tuna on Crackers
if feeling yucky just some dry cereal, an orange, or Nature Valley granola bar.
