Anyone here on estrogen for PPD?

in Postpartum Depression
I had severe PPD with my DS who is now over 2.  I am pg again and am in a clinical trial at the National Institute of Health in the PostPartum Mood Disorders department. I will be put on an estrogen patch if I develop PPD symptoms again. Just curious if anyone here has had experience with it and how effective it is.

    I tried the estrogen patch for a few weeks before starting back on BC about 5 weeks PP.  I didn't really notice any improvement and then went on Zoloft, which helped a lot.  Hopefully this time around will be much better for you!
