S/o Zachel

I have a guilty pleasure name of Vachel for a girl (after male poet Vachel Lindsay). See here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vachel_Lindsay Anyone ever heard of anyone named Vachel? If we have a third girl, she will likely e Rachel because I would never actually use Vachel! ETA: sorry about format, posting from phone.

    Vachel is awful for any gender, and no I have never heard of it.

    No, and not a fan.  Rachel is lovely, though.

    Finished BC and not preventing since June 2010.
    Actively trying for baby #1 since July 2011.
    SA completed 5/29/2012. No sperm found.
    11/12: Dx: Congenital Bilateral Absense of the Vas Deferens.
    Genetic Testing needed as this is a mutation of Cystic Fibrosis.
    IVF #1 with ICSI planned for 2013.
    PAIF/SAIF welcome!

    'Vache' is French for cow...so all I see when I look at that name is Cow. Sorry.

    This. Pronounced to rhyme with Rachel or with a "k" sound? Either way, I don't like it.

    I haven't heard of it till now, but I say if you like vachel or rachel then go with it, theres so many names out there right now that have odd spellings ect., at least I can say yours!

    Sounds like your 2 trying to say rachel but you have a speech problem andt it comes out vachel instead, just saying

    It reminds me of Germans saying "va shnell!" (Or however the heck you pronounce that phrase). I would side eye it exactly the same way I did Zachel. Sorry Embarrassed
