Where to buy a footstool?

I want to get my mother a stationary footstool for Christmas. She doesn't like the rocking one that goes with her glider.

Can I get one locally? I'm thinking Walmart? I'd really rather not go to Walmart, especially not knowing if they have them, but I just don't know where to look for something like that.
