Is it microfiber? I have a different microfiber sofa from Bob's and I've put the seat cushion covers in the washer and dryer with no problems. The back cushions on my sofa don't have removable covers so all I can do with those is wipe them with a damp cloth. Fortunately DD has only ever vomited on the seat cushions!

I'd probably turn them inside out and wash on delicate. If you live somewhere warm, lay them outside to dry but if not then I'd hang dry them and then maybe just air fluff for a few minutes to get the wrinkles out.
I saw a tutorial somewhere recently about cleaning microfiber and it was really impressive. I can't remember what was used on it but it was a typical househould product. I'll try to find it.

Do u turn them inside out? And how do u dry them?
Thanks!
Nope, I just zip them shut and throw them in the regular wash cycle. Tumble dry on low. They come out good as new.
