Anyone have the glider attachment for city mini?

We don't use a stroller very often, most places we go have shopping carts and I plan on loading both kiddos in there. I mostly use it if we go to the mall (which is maybe once a month). I was looking at the sit n' stand strollers but I'm not sure I want to go out and buy a whole other thing, plus I love my city mini. Does anyone have the standing glider attachment that can share their experience? Is it hard to keep a toddler on there? Do they get too tired to stand and need to sit? DD likes to be worn, so I'm thinking maybe I'll get the glider and bring along the sling for when she gets tired? Any input would be great!
