I'm still learning a lot about smartphones, and I just got an iPhone 4.
So I took some incriminating photos yesterday - not the sexting type, they had to do w/ the new baby's name which we are keeping a secret until her birth. ANYwho - I could not delete them from my photo stream album. They were automatically then loaded to the iCloud thingie. So I had to google "how to delete photos from photostream", etc to find out what to do - it's apparently a common issue w/ this iCloud thing. I found all kinds of posts from guys that had taken "intimate" photos of their wives or girlfriends that they could not delete and they were freaking out b/c since it was now on the icloud -it shared the pics w/ their ipads/other iphones/apple TVs/etc and they said it made for some very awkward moments (I can't imagine seeing naked pix on the TV accidentally!).
So you go to settings-icloud-photostream, then turn the photo stream off and it will no longer automatically add your stuff to the cloud AND it will also delete your entire photo stream album. OR, you could wait 30 days and the pix are supposed to just disappear - but who wants to take that chance, depending on how sexy your photos are!
This may be old news for some of you - but I'm glad that we did not have anything racy to delete...yet. Just wanted to share - since I know we all take sexy pics of ourselves w/ our phones....
