Children's Place shoe sizes?

Hi all!

I was just wondering if anyone had ever purchased shoes from Children's Place before.  I was looking at their size charts, and it says size 4 is 0-3 months, but that seems little odd to me.  I know toddler shoes can vary a bit and my son does have small feet, but he is 18 months and just in a size 3 or 4 in the shoes we got him at Walmart.  They are MUCH larger than the little shoes he had as an infant.  Anyone have personal experience with their shoe sizing?

DD is a 5 in Stride Rite, and 4s are a touch too big on her at CP. She's 17 months.

I've never bought shoes from CP but their Canadian website lists Newborn shoes size 1 as 0-6 mos, and size 1-2 as 6-12 mos. Baby boy/girl size 2-4 is 12-24 mos, size 4-6 is 24-36 mos, and 6-8 is 3-4 years.
