I was having a discussion with my brother about the name Ruby and he was saying he can picture a little girl and an old lady, but nothing in between. What are your thoughts? I know the name is generally well liked on the board.

I agree. Sorry.
I think it's hard to imagine on someone our age because it was not as popular with our generation. It is becoming more popular now so in 20 years there should be enough 20 year old Rubys for it to be "normal".
I personally think it's a classic name that would work well for any age.

agreed. Hard to imagine: "all rise for the honorable judge Ruby ___." Or hi I'm Dr. Ruby _____.
However, I love it, and agree with the posts about it being more popular now, so that in 30 years it'll be easier to imagine.
