and oddly enough, I'm not upset about it all. I was hoping to try for a
VBAC and if this little girl shows up before next tuesday (not likely)
then I will try vaginal, but my c-section is set at this point. Dr
checked me today and things are going the same way as with my last
c-section. My son was head down and I was 3cm 60% effaced. I went in at
38.5 weeks and he had turned completely transverse, leading to my
c-section. This time, I was a fingertip dilated 2 weeks ago, today
completely closed. Doc said it is not likely that I will go into
spontaneous labor before 39 weeks, which is as long as long as they will
let me go due to the previous c-section. So, she will be here by
tuesday december 13.

Glad you have made your decision (Although it still seems you could go for the VBAC if labor starts early!) I never had internals but my doc said he would be very surprised if I went into labor before my scheduled c/s - and the night before my c/s, my water broke and I went into labor. So, you never know!
