I just ate a huge handful of chocolate chips. Dairy free and soy free, but by no means sugar free. Someone tie me down before I do more! I am, for the record, leaving my office, where I have them well hidden, so they don't usually tempt me, so maybe I am done cheating for the day!
It's even O day or O minus 1. Ugh!

I agree. I'm trying to follow the diet but not make myself crazy. A handful of chocolate chips isn't going to ruin everything.
