grrr.... flu shot Q

in Pregnant after a Loss

So my GP doesn't have any flu vaccines left (I have been waiting until 2nd tri to schedule it).... Does anyone know if places like CVS or other pharamcies have ones that are safe (preservative free)??

My OB doesn't do them either, I already asked.

    I am pretty sure I saw some posting saying they got the preservative free from CVS, Walgreens. GL

    I got mine at CVS preservative free and they charged to insurance and I didnt pay anything

    I am pretty sure CVS has the pregnant safe ones...they also do the whooping cough shots if you want that one as well.

    My OB's office gave me both at 14w.

    I got mine at Walgreens. Just call and ask and I'm sure someone has them. FWIW I read that you are supposed to wait until after you have the baby to get the whooping cough vaccine. It won't hurt them but it can affect how they develop their own immunity later on. This was from the Mayo clinic and the AMA literature.

    I got my preservative free shot at Walgreens. I had to call around to a few different locations to finally find one that carried them. Good Luck!
