Can anyone help?

I was wonding if anyone has a good workout routine for post c-section.  It is still semi-sore around the incision when I work out so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to get rid of that annoying post-section-flap (for lack of a better term).  Oh and I am ten weeks PP so doctor has okayed normal activity. TIA
