air bubbles in my stomach?

So...the last couple of days when I take a deep breath I feel these weird air bubbles. It feels like someone is blowing a straw in my stomach...they don't hurt at all, but I have no idea what it could be?? Anyone else experience this? It goes away after a few deep breaths, but it sure is weird...any ideas?

I don't have air bubbles, but I do hear liquids sloshing around in my stomach when I walk! DH can hear them, too! Just the last few days! I wonder if it's somehow related?
