Anyone breastfeeding on a restricted diet?

So my son gets gas, bad. Onions, garlic, and chocolate make him throw up like crazy and make his gas terrible. Safe to say, I hate seeing him in pain, so I've cut them from my diet. Just curious if anyone has any recipe ideas, I miss flavor!

    I'm not sure but I think I may need to give up chocolate and I'm sad! However, being up until 2am with a screaming baby is not fun!
