Clogged nipples on Dr Browns?

Anybody else having this problem?  At least once a day we have this problem - it has happened on the last two feedings with DD.  Am I doing something wrong?  Not getting the formula mixed enough?  We mix each bottle fresh and shake to combine.

I have never had this issue, but I know the directions say not to shake it because it can clog it up...maybe try stirring, or preparing formula in a pitcher first

We are having issues with the Dr Browns nipples clogging but its not like theres formula in them its  they just stop letting it through them. I have to change on at least avery other day cause it doesnt let formula through it. I sent in email to the company about it but never heard back.
