For I can do all things through Christ, Who strengthens ME.
Wow, our IVF calendars are exactly the same. I have stopped all alcohol, in part for overall health and also that alcohol can reduce the efficacy of the meds. I may have a small glass on Thanksgiving so the family does not know what we are up to as we have not told a sole that we are doing IVF. I have tried to go organic and eat really healthly and so far so side effects from Lupron. Really it is up to you, in moderation may be fine. I am just being cautious as we have decided that IVF #1 is the only IVF for us as we are both on the upper end of the age curve if you know what I mean.
GL with stims on Sat. Let me know how you go. I am on high doses so a LOT of mixing come this Sat.
Multiple ectopics, 2 failed IVF's

I will be sure to post Sunday my Stim experience. Good luck to you, roomie.

My nurse said it was fine and to do it now before I get KU. There are lots of articles though about percentages when you drink alcohol on Dr Google. I think just limit it to one glass and sip slowly and you'll be fine. Red would be better since it is warm and won't hit your system with so much shock as a cold drink and also you can sip it slow and no one will question you.

I drank up until ET for IVF 1 and 4 and those we're the 2 that worked for me. In fact, my RE encouraged me to drink. He said I seemed stressed.
In the words of one RE I've seen, "do you think that Italy and France would even exist if you couldn't drink while trying?". I say have a few and enjoy them....hopefully they'll be your last!
