Washing in soft water

We have hard water where we live, but we're heading to the Seattle area for Thanksgiving and it looks like they have soft water there.  Should I adjust my washing routine because of the soft water?  I usually use ECOS & fill it to line #1, but I'm planning on taking samples of Crunchy Clean that I've gotten from ordering diapers and using those packets while we're away.  What do I need to worry about/watch for when washing in soft water?

    Definitely decrease the amount of detergent you'd normally use.  We have a water softener so I always wash in softened water so I'm not much help re: how much. I'd also be extra careful to make sure the soap is completely rinsed out (watch for bubbles during the final rinse).  You should be good to go otherwise!
