...13 days late, but without an induction! He was born on Monday, 11/14/11 at 3:26am and was 9lbs 3oz and 20.5 inches long. Labor was long and difficult (28 hours from when my water broke to delivery) but we avoided a c-section, we are both healthy and recovery has been a breeze. I was surprised that this labor was actually LONGER than my first by 5 hours, but I only pushed for 45 mins as opposed to 3 hours with my first son, who was only 6lbs 12 oz. I suppose having a big baby just took longer, but either was, we are thrilled to be home getting to know one another. Best of luck to all you ladies still waiting to meet your little ones!
