Does anyone add Nesquik, or rather anything, to LO's milk to entice them to drink it? LO's pedi said she isn't drinking enough milk, but it's not because I haven't been offering it to her....She just doesn't want it.

    TIA!

With my 1st DS the pedi suggested to add nesquick to his milk.  He wasn't gaining weight & she said it had the same vitamins & stuff that pediasure did.   My DS turned out just fine.

  • DS doesn't drink white milk so we do add it.  At least he is drinking milk now:)

  • I'm actually kind of surprised that many mommies turned to chocolate before blending milk with fruit to make a smoothie.  My DD refused to drink WCM and any other substitute for it so I started blending it with a banana and some strawberries to make a smoothie for her.   I was able to slowly change the ratio of fruit to milk.  She is now drinking plain WCM.   Chocolate powder never even crossed my mind.

Use fruit to sweeten the milk.  Fruit is natural and healthier for you than chocolate!

  • No one is saying they didn't try that idea. I did and my son did not like smoothies.
