NBR: Please rec your sheets

My favorite sheets we rec'd from our wedding have finally reached the end of their life.  I've bought a couple of other sets recently but after being used for a few times they have balled up and are not soft anymore. Sad

If you have a set you love, please rec it! :)

TIA!

  • I don't have a specific brand to give you but I always find great deals on really high end linens at Tuesday Morning. They carry a lot of stuff from Peacock Alley which is all "luxury bedding" and at super cheap prices.

  • I can tell you who I don't recommend--Bed B ath and Be yond.  We're on our 3rd set from them since August and they've all pilled up in less than a month.  Thankfully they've been really good about taking them back.  I'm going to watch this thread, too, because I need to find replacements before I return set #3.
  • I usually go to TJ Maxx or Marshall's and I find Calvin Klein or Ralph Lauren sheets for a King bed for $50.  High thread count (can't remember; I usually go for the highest I can find reasonably priced) and they last.  The Ralph Lauren ones stretch out a little bit, but I love the Calvin Klein ones when they have them.

  • We have a super deep mattress and have to buy the sheets that are 18in+ deep.  I bought a set of Stearns & Foster that I LOVE.  Got them at bbb.
  • we loveeeeeee our Pure Beech sheets from BBB.
  • If price is not a concern, bamboo sheets from Cariloha.com are VERY soft.   They are my favorite set of sheets, but they are very pricey.
  • We normally just get our sheets at HomeGoods, but my parents got us a couple sets from L.L. Bean and I *love* them.  They're all cotton and they're so crisp and smooth and cool...  I don't know how much they cost, but I do know that L.L. Bean is really great about taking things back for any reason, so it's pretty much a no-risk purchase.

  • I got a set from Target that I love. We've had them for probably close to a year now? They're still really nice and soft. I think they were the Thomas O'Brian brand.

    2. We got a set of high threadcount sheets from Costco. I don't know the brand, but the price was great (I think $60?) and theyv'e been awesome. No pills in sight, super soft, super cool, and nice and deep.
