in December 2011 Moms
ladies anybody elese having really sore back aches,this is my 2nd pregnancy I dont remember feeling this with my first. My lower stomach is so sore too its like the sorness wraps around, anyone elese feeling this.

    I have definitely had more aches and pains this time around.  I just got a maternity belt to help relieve the pressure and so far it seems to be helping!

    This exactly.  The belt has really helped with my lower back pain.  I didn't need it at all with DD, but this time I'm a lot more uncomfortable in general.

    This is my first pregnancy and I find my back ache is more mid back than lower. It is beyond uncomfortable sometimes and I find the only relief is heat packs and my exercise ball - truly a godsend.
