Nap question...

My LO is not on any type of schedule.  Normally she naps whenever I can get her too.  Do any of you follow the awake times for you LO?  Just wondering what other mom's schedules are like.  TIA

    Sounds about right. I am working on encouraging longer naps, but letting her schedule her own naps. I also pay attention to her sleepy cues.

    There is not much consistency with his naps so far. I watch for his sleepy cues, but I also try to pay attention to awake times. I'm not worried about setting a nap schedule. I feel great if I can even get him to nap.
