We just found out we're having another girl - yay sisters!
But now comes the hard part.... With our first daughter, there was only one name we could decide on, and we both loved it so there was no problem. Her name is Finnley Louise (MN after her grandmother).
We usually like the same style of names (not popular or common, sort of unisex sounding, last names for first names, etc.), but there hasn't been a particular name that has jumped out at us like Finnley did. An example of the type of name we like would be Emerson, but we'd like more options. I'm also open to girlier names, as long as they're not common. Penelope has been one of the names we've considered that falls into this category.
Anyone have any good suggestions? Or good websites to find ideas for less common names?

I like Campbell and Leighton, which I think fit your criteria.
And since you're considering more feminine choices, too....Monica! It's uncommon (ranked 363 in 2010, falling 23 places from 2009---so, becoming less commmon), feminine but not prissy, and just a great name all around.

What about Blythe? I've always thought it was a classy, unique yet not distinctly girly name.
