**3T Weekly Check-In**

Re: **3T Weekly Check-In**

  • Update: My only update is that I'm now 60 days past lupron and STILL waiting for freaking AF! According to FF I may have o'd but if I did, my symptoms seem to differ from what FF says. So I think lupron is just messing with my system and O did not really happen. Either way, I'd just be glad if AF would show up so I can finally start treatment.

QOTW: I'm not very crafty...which is kinda pitiful for a teacher, I know. I love to decorate and am very detail oriented but am not good at making my own things. Can't sew or knit or any of that super cool stuff :(

  • Update: We're about half way through our home study process. We hope to be approved and active by the end of January. It's hard to get much done with the holidays so close at hand!

QOTW: I'm not crafty in the slightest!

  • My monitoring appointment is Tuesday.  If this cycle is the same as last I should get a + opk on Friday and give myself the Ovidrel injection.  I'm nervous about the injection, because I know I have to give it myself.  DH has passed out before from needles, so I know he can't help.

QOTW:  I've been knitting for about 4 years.  I also sew, but mainly just curtains and things for the house.  I do make Christmas ornaments with my niece every year too.

  • Update: I've been MIA from the check-in the last few weeks. There just hasn't been anything to update! But we are now 3dp 5dt for our FET. Beta is scheduled for 11/21. I don't have any HPT's in the house, but I probably won't make it to beta without testing.

QOTW: Any crafty ladies out there?? What crafts do you like? What have you made?

I knit, crochet, and recently taught myself to quilt. I make lots of baby gifts (mostly hats and blankets), and hats, scarves and mittens for Christmas gifts. I like to make small things. They are quick projects, and if they don't turn out how I like, it's not a big investment.

  • My name is Marjolaine, I've been TTC for 21 months (Feb 2010). I have PCOS. Although I still have monthly breakthrough bleeding, I do not ovulate, which is what is stumping my GYN and RE. I am scheduled for lap surgery Nov. 23 to remove cysts from my right ovary, which were found back in March 2011 and haven't shrunk on their own. Then... Hopefully on to injects. I like to think I'm crafty. I spend an obscene amount of time on Pinterest and a much smaller portion of time actually crafting. The last thing I made was yesterday. My second niece was born on 11/11/11, her name is Layla, so I made her a framed letter L made seashells. It's for her nursery. I hope when she grows up she will keep it and think of me out on the coast since she's so far away.

  • Update:  Did my second round of misoprostol this weekend.  Waiting to see the RE now to see if it did anything.  I really don't think it did as I just spotted all weekend like I have been since my m/c a month ago.  T&P would be appreciated that we don't need to be more invasive to get these betas down.  I don't want to take a forced break!

QOTW: I find that I am creative in my classroom with crafts and things but when I get home it all goes out the door.  Stick out tongue

  • Good luck to all those cycling and 2-week-waiting!

Update: I should start stims for IVF#1 sometime this week, depending on when AF shows.

QOTW: I'm not especially crafty.  I would like to think I am, but I'm not.  I do liek to bake though, so I usually give out pretty-packaged goodies during the holdidays.

  • Update: Finished my Femara on Friday, and continuing the Dex until my monitoring appointment on Wednesday. I have been having some extreme back pain so I am hoping I am not going to O early, bc the one nurse I do not like wouldn't let me come in cd 10, but rather made me wait until cd 12 on Wednesday.

QOTW: I have not been crafty in the past but lately I've start taking some things up. A really great friend of mine just had a baby girl on 11/11/11 and I made these cute zebra print hair clips for her, as well as a picture for baby's room. I am also making Christmas ornaments made out of wine corks this year.

  • Update: I tested this morning at 12DPO and got a big fat negative.  Bloodwork is scheduled for Wednesday.  Not hopeful.

QOTW: If I could afford it I think I would be more crafty, can't say that I've made anything, but I spruced up some of my art work with some fancy frames that I decorated.

  • I am on day three of five on 50mg of clomid. Trying another cycle of clomid and TI.

Updateish: I had a really good heart to heart with my DH and we both agreed that if clomid doesn't work for the next 5 or 6 cycles we are going to try to do IVF in August (happy Anniversary lol)

I am a HUGE crafty person, it's funny that this was the question cuz I have literally been crocheting a scarf for my mom while reading the updates. So as you can tell I crochet, I scrapbook (but mostly do cardmaking), I decorate cakes, I have some sewing skills (gonna be learning to quilt in January), I pretty much do everything that I think I can try. Sometimes it turns out awful and I just chuck it but occasionally it turns out good :)
