How did B's eval go? Was going to ask when we saw you in the pool but I didn't see you, just B! =)

    I didn't swim, got DH to do it!! AF decides to show up after a 61 day cycle, blah. But she qualified for speech. She excelled in all other areas just a severe delay in speech. She just doesn't want to talk! Hopefully this will help. Thanks for asking. R is so cute swimming. He looked so happy:)

    TTC since 6/2003. m/c 9/14/03 8 weeks, 5 chemical pregnancies, mmc 6/04 12 weeks, Michael born sleeping 5/25/05 at 22weeks always our angel, fought ovarian cancer and won, m/c 4/06 5.2 weeks and 7/07 6.6 weeks,Our Miracle baby girl born 4/8/10,mc 12/18/11 at 5.3 weeks, BFP 10/26/12 dating u/s on 11/8/12 showing a strong heartbeat!EDD July 4,2013. RCS on 6/27. Baby boy in NICU for 8 long and scary days before he was able to come home. We are now a happy family of 4

    Can I ask a maybe ignorant question? When you say she doesn't want to talk, do you mean she doesn't say actual words, just babbles, or she literally makes no noises? I'm sorry, this sounds strange.

    She babbles and makes sounds, like dadada and mamama, but doesn't look at me and say "mama". She just does not use language to communicate. Right now she says "bye" appropriately, that's it. Oh and she makes noises:) She can let us know what she needs. When she wants a drink she will go get it and throw the cup at us. No matter how much we encourage her to speak, nothing. We are hopeful speech therapy will work for her.
