So I need to do my first follistim shot tonight and I am am a bit worried. Should I follow my pre-ovidrel set up (take shot out of fridge, ice inject sit for 10 min, prep area, and inject) or is there a better way to do this type of injection?

Re: Follistim tips?
The first shot is always the hardest. I swear I hovered over the area and chickened out at least 10 times before I finally did it. But its really not a big deal. Just a little pin prick and its over
Try to relax and just do it! Good luck!
