Late loss ladies-my update

I finally had an MFM appointment at 19 weeks and 6 days. The good news, I had the anatomy scan and baby is completely normal and measuring a few days ahead. My cervix is 4+ centimeters long. The bad news, I still have a complete placenta Previa. A small abruption with a small area of bleeding was also seen. I have not had any bleeding, this is an internal bleed. The plan: another cervical length check in 2 weeks, a cerclage if cervical shortening. P17 shots every week, they have ordered them for me. The p17 should arrive at my house on Monday and they will allow me to give them to myself since I know how from doing ivf. No sex due to the Previa, but I am allowed to continue work. I work 12 hours a week and I was told this was fine, as long as I have no bleeding. I am so overwhelmed still, but am so glad to have a plan and close monitoring after not even having insurance til 18 weeks.

Sorry about the internal bleeding and previa.  T&P heading your way for a healthy full-term baby.  Are your having a little boy or girl or is it a surprise?

I'm having a boy. It is scary, a little part of the placenta has separated. Thanks, one day at a time for me.

I'm glad you finally made it to an MFM.  I'm sorry about the previa and the tear.  Can't you have one perfect pregnancy?  How sweet that you're having a little boy.  What were your twins?
