I used your recipe you recommended and it was yummmy! I used minced chicken and added cashews and I ate and ate and ate. Probably gained back the 10lbs I lost but it was worth it! Thanks for the recipe!
So good, right?! I loved it and can't wait to use other meat with the recipe--where do you get minced chicken?? I like to tell myself that it's mostly healthy, aside from the soy, of course.
