Last name starts with a hard C. What do you think? Eugene is a family name, I was trying to find a first name that would sound good with it.

Well, I love Benjamin, but I'm not a fan of it with Eugene. They both have "j' sound and an "n" sound. But then again you don't really say a full name too often.

meh. doesn't do anything for me. benjamin is very bland IMO. but is it better than names i hate like gage, silas, zane, blaine...? absolutely.

Same here.

DS's name is Liam Ralph. When Ralph is totally NMS at all, it was important to me to honor my grandfather in our son's name.
