PBK's was replacing our cover to our over sized anywhere chair. R's name was pulling apart. They said it wasn't under warranty but would replace it. He got my info, color of the cover, and repeated it all to me including the name to put on it.
We got home tonight to a HUGE box on the porch....not the cover but the over sized insert!
Do I wait a bit to see if the cover comes? Call and tell them what happened, ask for them to send the cover and pick up the insert?
The inserts are not cheap, over $100 for the over sized I think.

Update....I called and they are shipping out the cover. They also want their insert back and the old cover. They are having UPS come tomorrow for it! lol I asked for a 20% coupon for my trouble....she put me on hold forever and came back with a no to the coupon but will send me a $25 gift card!

We like it....I don't know any different as the first one I ever saw was over sized. I can't imagine it being any smaller though.
I will call, but my thought on waiting was maybe the cover is on it's way separately. I don't want to end up having them ship another cover and have 2 of those as well! lol I don't know how he screwed up the order. They can come get this insert, but I bet the shipping cost on such a big item isn't worth it to them. I just want the new cover! lol
