Would you consider this babbling?:

 "Wabu, scrreeEEAAAMMmmm, ahbu, [more crazing screaming], *gurgle and blow* ka, ka, [lip smack], ah ah, oh wah ah a buhhh [scream] [fart-like sounds]...," rinse and repeat.

    I would think so. We don't get ba-ba or ma-ma yet, but we get da-da (DH loves it) and ah-ga and lots of screaching.

    lol I love how the crazy screaming is included :) and the fart sounds haha. Mine does that too. Anyway, yeah that's babbling for sure.
