they might not have hayrides but the Clayton Pumpkin Farm has the petting zoo and maze ....

We went to the one in Clayton and were turned off when we saw that a large/medium pumpkin was $20 each. But they did have the maze, petting zoo, etc.
Since we didn't buy anything at Clayton we ended up going to Joan's Pumpkin Patch off Mines Road in Livermore. They had a large setup with a western town, petting zoo, hayrides, etc. We bought three medium sized pumpkins for $17 which didn't seem as outrageous.
Yup, Joan's in LIvermore has it all. We went for the first time last weekend and the kiddo loved it. Not sure we'll make the trek again but definitely worth a visit at least once while your kids are little. We managed to talk the kiddo into a couple of teeny-tiny pumpkins and will pick up a larger one for carving from the grocery store later.
The Clayton Valley one isn't bad if that's closer to you. I don't remember there being a petting zoo when we went last year but it does have a little train ride, maze, other fun stuff.
We're going to be hitting up Joans here in the next couple of days to use a deal I got on the internet. Otherwise, there is also G & M Farms in Livermore that's a great pumpkin patch.
We go to G&M Farms every year. Pumpkins from the patch are $7 each no matter the size and you get a mini gourd for free with each pumpkin that you buy. Also, on the weekends they have a cow train (pulled through part of the corn field by a tractor), pony rides, face painting, mini pedal tractors that the kids can race and a big corn pit for the kids to play in.

Another vote for Joans in Livermore. Its far out in Livermore, but worth the drive. Lots of stuff for the kiddos to do.
I've heard good things about Clayton too.
