Previa f/u

We had our follow-up u/s today to check the placenta previa detected at our anatomy scan and in the tech's words, "it's moved FAR away!" She was super sweet (unlike the last tech we had) and even though it was just supposed to be a quick placenta check, we were her last appt of the day, so she spent quite a bit of time checking out the baby, pointing out different body parts, getting a bunch of pictures, etc. We were able to get MUCH better shots of the baby's profile (this baby clearly has my nose! So exciting b/c DS is DH's mini-me), and she printed out a dozen shots and gave us a CD of images, too... it was, all in all, a great appointment and we are SO relieved that the previa has resolved itself!

That is wondeful news!  I asm glad you had a nicer tech this time...  that makes a huge difference!

Thanks, girls!  DH and I realized yesterday that this was the first time this whole pregnancy that we've finally felt like we could relax (prior to, it was anxiety over the first u/s at 8w, then getting out of the first tri, then getting the results from the anatomy scan that everything looked good, then waiting to see if the previa resolved itself).  It's a nice feeling!  I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this LO is done giving us things to worry about, at least for the next 15 or so weeks!
