XP: babywearing while pregnant?

I'm hoping some of you have experience with this, and are on here this early. We're going to the pumpkin farm this morning and I'm wondering if it's safe to wear my 10 month old in a front-carry while pregnant. She weighs about 20 lbs and I'm only 7 weeks pg, so I'm thinking it wil be fine.

I feel like it's the better deal than chasing our 2yo and trying not to vomit every time I have to bend over! My oldest didn't like being worn so I didn't have to ask about this last time.

I would think that as long as it doesn't make you uncomfortable you'll be fine. I just wore G in a front carry in our O&A at the pumpkin patch last weekend.

It's fine.  I wore DD1 in a back carry up until I was 35 weeks or so.

I don't see any issue with it.  I wore J in a back carry with the Ergo all weekend at our Forest Festival.  My bump is just too big for him to be comfortable in a front carry now.

I wore DD1 until I was about 24 weeks pg with DD2.  DD1 probably weighed about 17-18 pounds at that point.  I stopped because the pressure on my hips became unbearable.  I would say listen to your body and you'll be fine.
