Would you go to the pedi?

Kai spiked a fever of 102.5 in 45 minutes yesterday.   Stayed pretty up there all night long (although he would not let me take his temp during the night, but he felt really warm).  This morning it is down to 100. 

I can't decide if he needs to go in... He had tubes put in in March, and hasn't had any illnesses of any sort since then... this is his first fever... I am worried that its a ear infection...

He doesn't communicate very well yet, so I can't just ASK him whats wrong...

So.. go or no?

When in doubt, I always take DD and 95% of the time it turns out to be a valid concern...  Trust your instincts
