Julia.  I love the nn Jules!  Elizabeth has a lot of nn's but I hate when someone's nn and their given name don't start with the same letter.  It's a weird pet peeve of mine.

My top 3 girl names for this baby are Elizabeth, Margaret, and Juliana.

I'm torn between Elizabeth Margaret and Margaret Elizabeth.

All 3 are gorgeous names in my opinion.
