What do you do with LO?

I made my first appointment with a therapist to start dealing with whatever is going on with me (I think PPD, but obviously haven't been officially diagnosed yet) and I had to cancel it because I couldn't get anyone to watch DS. What do you do with your LO when you go to therapy?

    When she was younger, I brought her with me. Ask you therapist if that would be OK. Might be hard at that age, but maybe you can arrive early and if your LO falls asleep in the stroller, you can walk around and LO can fall asleep and hopefully stay asleep. If I was desperate, i would bring Ellie with me and a bunch of toys and put her on the floor.

    I have my first appointment tomorrow and my FIL is watching the girls, though he watches them when I'm back at work, as well.  DH is coming with me, so he wasn't an option.  Do you have any family/friends in the area that could help you out?  Even if they go with you to the apt and just stay with LO in the waiting room?  If not, I'm sure you could take the LO with you with some toys, etc.
