I called to get my 20% off coupon for deleting my registry and they said they'd email it to me and then also email me my 10% completion coupon too. I didn't get the emails so I called back and they told me just to call when I was ready to place my order and they'd apply them manually. So I did that. I only ordered a crib bedding set and also found $5 off coupon too. The guy I talked to said he'd place the order and email me the confirmation and then he'd send another email showing the manually imputed coupons (all 3). I didn't get any emails! So I called back and talked to a complete idiot who kept throwing out numbers to me that didn't add up. I kept telling her they didn't add up to the discounts I was suppose to get and she just kept putting me on hold and then coming back telling me the same amounts. I had to ask a billion times to talk to a supervisor until she finally transferred me. I still didn't get a real accurate breakdown but the figures at least added up to what he was giving me. He told me it was being processed and once shipped I could look it up online to see the breakdown and the amount. How stupid is this!!! How difficult is it to tell me how much they charged me and how they came up with it!!!
On a good note...I'm getting a great deal on the bedding
But I'm not liking what I have to go through to get it.

Baby Girl #2 is on her way!
I can't believe how different other peoples experiences have been! I haven't had any problems returning stuff in store, I even brought back some outfits and baby shampoos that I'm not even sure were purchased there (I didn't have gift receipts, and they weren't on my registry), and they returned them for store credit no problem, I was honestly shocked it was so easy!
Screw a good store over for a crappy one's mistake? That's pretty dishonest.
It's not really screwing them over if they sell that item. They will still make the money on it. I worked for a retail company that was very costumer friendly with returns and we accepted stuff that was obviously from other stores (had their price sticker on it) all the time as long as we could turn around a sell it.
