28 Weeks and Totally Congested Every Day...Ugggg

Anyone else having a lot of congestion???  I swear the further along I get the worse the congestion is...and I cant blow my nose...sorry...just venting...it's really starting to get to me....any suggestions???

    I've been dealing with this all pregnancy. Try using a neti pot to clear everything out, and taking a benadryl before you go off to bed. Hope you feel better!

    I agree, def. use neti pot with warm distilled water.  THEN, I HIGHLY recommend twice a day a saline product called "Ocean".  I use it every single day twice a day whether I am congested or not, and it's AMAZING!

    I don't have any different advice than what PP's gave you. I don't have the congestion this time around, but I did with DD and I remember it being really, really, frustrating. I would cry some nights because I just couldn't breathe well enough to get to sleep.

    Hope you can find a way to make it better!

    With the sudden cold weather, I've been really congested and my nose has been sore and dry. The saline nose sprays really do help! It clears me out and helps with the dryness.

    You are not alone Mama. My problem exactly and to top it off, I'm getting a cold so I'm super congested but my nose is running at the same time.

    GOD BLESS THE NETI POT!  The trick is to do it religiously, whether you feel congested or not.  Sometimes, by the time you do feel congested, it's too late & you are SO congested that the Neti Pot can't break through.  I use  mine once a day if I'm feeling fine & twice a day if I'm feeling congested, like I am now.  Saline nasal sprays are good, too, but again, use them regularly.

    Yea only on my left side. Been getting left sided headaches too. So annoying
